you can do LLB after BSc. You need to give CLAD/LSAT test to take admission in LLB. Some Universities also conduct their own entrance tests for admission, they also offer scholarship on the basis of your marks. There are some Private Universities which are very good.
They provide good Infrastructure, Faculty .You should choose a college which give you opportunity to work in live projects and give you good exposure. You may browse some web sites and check their details like Lovely Professional University, KIIT University, Nirma University etc...

you can't be a lawyer unless you have a law degree infact It is a crime to impersonate as a lawyer when you do not possess an LLB degree.
so, the answer to your question is NO.
You need to give CLAD/LSAT test to take admission in LLB and then you can become a lawyer.
