Well it is not possible for you to improve the result for class 12 now through the improvement exam as the exam do have some restrictions . The basic guidelines to be eligible for the exam is that you have to appear for the improvement exam in the following/succeeding year just after completing 12th. If you were in the first year of your graduation you would surely be able to give the exam.

the 12 th standard class improvements will not be conducted by any board

as the students after completing 12th students busy with their competitive examinations

so the 12th standard will not be conducted by any state board or central board

Sorry to say, but giving improvement exams after completing B.tech won't be possible at all.

Because you can give improvement exams only once and that also in the succeeding year in which you have passed your class 10+2 ( CBSE has this provision )

So, after four years of B.Tech, you won't be eligible to give improvement exams.

You can only give it in the subsequent year of passing 12th if you want to.
