Yes you can study M.sc in food technology even while working
If your aware of regular course and correspondence course
Students who are working and also want to study,can opt for correspondence or distance programme
There are universities which offer correspondence course in m.sc , so look for it and apply according to the eligibility criteria .
You can study also manage your work at company

yes government colleges will offer M.sc course
and yeah there are internships after b.sc you can look into any research institutes or labs or any website which offers internships related to your subject and you can apply for it
