On finishing a MBA in marketing and HR, the sky is the limit.
You can work in any corporate or startup with their marketing or HR department. It's upto you what you wish to pursue.
Generally MBA schools prefer their teachers to have a little corporate experience. But since you're keen in the field, you should start applying to various MBA colleges for their faculty positions.
