Depending on your specialization you can see the abroad institutes which are the best of your genre. After finding that, you can apply there for a Job or some research fellowship in order to carry on your future. As you are seeking job, you have to follow the famous institutes or hospitals in the country you want to do a job and have to apply there. Depending on your knowledge and skill you will get the job. Also there can be some exams mandatory to be a practitioner there. For example, in India if you have a phD from abroad then also you have to clear the NET examination in order to be a professor in any India University.
