robotics engineering has wide scope in near future. in India there is few institutions which offers b.tech in robotics engineering. robotics engineering is. a part of electronics and communication and there is also some concepts of instrumentation engineering. however right now due to growing demand of automation technology it has many applications in daily life. robotics engineers works for space technology based research center , power plant maintenance, traffic control signalling, petroleum exploring plants etc. as a fresher in India you salary will be around 3-4 lpa depends on organization.
