After complted B.Sc, Biotechnology, is it better to do M.sc. Biotechnology or is it better do M.Sc. Microbiology ? as per job opportunities.

Hai, aspirant I hope you are doing good, as you have done bsc in biotechnology so I will prefer you to do msc biotechnology as you are much familiar with this subject. The syllabus of microbiology is bit difficult for you as there are different lab techniques and programing language that you have to do during msc microbiology , biotechnology has more opportunities for job as compared to microbiology
1) you can go for higher studies can do phd or after clearing CSIR exam junior research fellowship you can join different Universities projects as a researcher. Like CSIR IHBT, wildlife institutes dehradun, and different state institutes for research or agriculture university
2) you can join as a lecturer in private colleges after clearing CSIR life science.
3) in field of biomedical engineering
4)in field of cell and development biology as a scientist.
5) Genetic engineering research
6) you can go in agriculture sector
7) Public funded LABORATORIES
8) clinical research
9) companies related to drug, pharmaceutical, chemicals
10) biotech product analyst
11) bio manufacturing specialist
