Unfortunately that's not possible unless you're alotted a seat through counselling. To take admission in B.Tech in government colleges one has to appear for counseling be it JOSAA or any state level counseling.

One cannot take direct admission in a government college. Direct admission is only possible for private colleges/institutes. For government colleges one has to appear for counselling and score the desired marks/rank to take admission.
