After csab special round the participation fee 36500 and seat acceptence fee 35000 is it get refunded

Yes, Rs 35000 is refundable if you don't get any college in CSAB special round or withdraw from the counselling. Rs 1500 is the processing fee which is non refundable, and you will be refunded after deducting 1500 from 36500, i.e, 35000.
