Hello, If you are asking about higher studies in aboard or in India through GATE or CAT your school grades will be allotted a separate mark in your profile. In recruitment process the school marks will be just used to give you an edge usually or will be used in case of a tie. Usually unless you are a rank holder in your degree then your school grades will play a important role in the selection or admission process further. Also some institutions and giant organizations do fix a eligibility limit for 10th and 12th scores too.

But it is never too late you can make your profile impressive by having an top percentile in the entrance exams of that particular field. This will imply that you are a capable candidate.

Best wishes.

hi,

while you are pursuing a masters course, that time 10th, 12th marks is quite insignificant. however when you are applying for a graduate level post, 10th , 12th marks matters some time for tie breaking, shortlisting of candidates. however at the end which is really matters is the written test score for any particular work position, applicants communication skills, relevant courses done by candidate related with work etc.

hope it would help.
