Unfortunately no.

Diploma course is applicable after 10th and 12th. and you want to get promoted in 12th grade , that means you've completed your diploma after 10th .

Well, directly promotion in class 12 is not possible without 11th .

The basic reason is fixed rules but the another important factor is , without completing the 11th syllabus , you can't understand 12 standard topics !!

However , if you're interested to go in technical field . you can get admission in Engineering college through lateral entry .

so with regard of you're query. After completing your diploma, you will be allowed to enroll in the second year of B.TECH. By taking the entrance exam offered by both the state and the central government for the course in which you are interested. However, you will not be able to proceed to the 12th grade without first completing the 11th grade in PCM [physics, math, and chemistry]. hope this will helps you....!
