The JEE main Eligibility 2022 has been published online by the National Testing Agency i.e NTA. It is the main exam conducting authority which organized joint Entrance examination (JEE main).
The eligibility criteria required is that candidate must have completed their 10+2 qualification with PCM subjects like- Physics, chemistry and Mathematics with 50% aggregate has been relaxed to only pass in 12 class with PCM subjects/10+3 Diploma with Mathematics.
The diploma holders, To appear in JEE advanced, a diploma holder can apply in JEE main 2022, But their rank and score in JEE main will not be considered for Admission in NITs& CFTIs. No board marks will be taken into account for calculating JEE main score from the year 2018 onwards.
Diploma holders have to appear for JEE Main, Qualifying which they will be eligible to appear for JEE advanced exam which will be including 2 papers where both the papers are compulsory.

Diploma student can give jee exam it will considered equivalent to 12. Earlier there was upper limit for appearing exam but now its removed. Now there is no upper limit. Also a candidate can give jee mains continuously for 3 successive years. Earlier 75% minimum is required for qualifying for jee mains exam but now this is also removed.
