You have not mentioned about the subject in which you have done diploma. If you have done diploma in the field of engineering, then via lateral entry , you can be admitted directly I to the second year of the specialization in which you have completed your diploma course. After government bodies, there are many private institutions which offered lateral entry in B.tech courses. You just need to fill the application form and needs to meet the eligibility criteria for the said specialisation and meet the cutoff whether it is via entrance examination or via merit list.
