Hi Aspirant,
There are several choices which one can pursue after diploma in mechanical Engineering.You can pursue some job oriented courses like Autocad 2d,3d,ansys,CNC Training,Unigraphics,catia etc.It will boost your knowledge and make you confident for any job related to ME.You can also go for B.tech in Mechanical Engineering from a good college and after studying you can also prepare for gate exam and obtain a job in some core companies.
