After a diploma in organic agriculture best option is to do bsc in agriculture but if you don't want to do bsc then you can pursue your career in agricultural fields like agricultural nurseries, farm production activities, and work in industries related to it.
You can work in a certain department like organic agriculture-subject matter specialist, Organic crop production specialist, Agronomist, Food technologist, Nutritional therapist, Organic certifying agent, Organic farm manager etc
