Hello sir,

Following are few career opportunities that you can pursue after your graduation in Chemistry-

  • Pharmaceuticals- Students who have done chemistry in their Bachelor’s are hired by various pharmaceutical industries and are involved in designing, developing, modifying pharmaceutical drugs.
  • Healthcare- They are also required in hospitals who are constantly involved in research and laboratory work for identifying and diagnosing of diseases.

  • Academic- Chemistry students can also go for teaching in schools after completing B.Ed. and can also crack NET examination in order to become lecturer in a college.

Apart from jobs, there are opportunities in the field of future studies such as going for Post-Graduation or after Post-Graduation going for Ph.D. as this would open up opportunities in the field of research as well

Good luck.
