Psychology falls under the category of those few fields that are both scientific and humanistic in nature. This is the reason why psychology is offered in both BA/MA and BSc/MSc categories. Thus it will not be a problem in pursuing MSc psychology after BA in psychology.

yes, you can study MSC in psychology after your b.a in psychology. Not every college will provide you an Msc degree but there are few colleges that do. One of them is jain university in Bangalore....Most universities ask for BA/BSC in psychology.
