Yes, you can do MSc Clinical Embryology after completing Bsc in Biotechnology.

Generally the eligibility criteria for MSc in clinical embryology is you have to complete your bsc course with zoology / botany / reproduction / microbiology / biotechnology / biochemistry / bioscience etc. Like it must be related in life science or biology.
