After doing engineering physics from IIT if you look upon the jobs in engineering physics field then hardly any company visit specific to engineering physics.
Since many other companies from sectors such as consultancy IT they often hire irrespective of branch so the job opportunities are equal be phit engineering physics or any other branch so there is nothing specific about engineering physics if jobs are concerned.
the other opportunities include if you are genuinely interested in engineering physics then you can go for higher studies for PhD in IIT or some top engineering college abroad.
Hello Ayush
The course doesn't have much scope for those gunning for jobs in applied physics areas since good jobs are not yet available in this sector but those interested in electronics have some opportunity to work in electronics and communication sector
The options available vary based on the specialization in Graduation. They have the option to go in for further specialization on those areas. Like candidates with a specialization in engineering physics have the option to go for courses like Master of Engineering physics, Master of Electronics in Electronics and Communication Engineering etc. Higher education courses include:
Masters in Technology
Masters in Business Administrations
M.Phil
Ph.D
Masters in Science
