Hello student! Kindly mention the exact page you are referring too. If you have mentioned the NEET counselling application page, and it still shows not proceeding, there might be issues with your network. Kindly check if it has been submitted before retrying because if you fill the form again and the first form was already submitted without your knowledge, you will be debarred.

Error occurs only when there are network issues or if the size of documents you have uploaded is more than the required size. Kindly check again.
