after finishing my psychology will I be able to do msc in forensic psychology or criminology

Yes , after finishing BSc in Psychology you can very well do MSc in any related branch of study including criminology. What you need to have is a deep interest in the area. If your aim is to take up masters in criminology ,then doing a certification course in the same would be helpful to give you an idea about the subjects but it is not compulsory. Most institutes will conduct entrance test for Msc admission ,hence just learn few basic concepts of the same . Also, in India , you may not see MSc in Forensic Psychology in every college ,rather in some it would be Forensic science and some universities may demand a medical or pure science degree for it . So just go to the official website of the university you want to join and see the eligibility criteria for forensic course.If you are aiming to go abroad , you will have plenty of options and many colleges offering forensic psychology and its good for criminology too. For forensic ,Gujarat Forensic Sciences University(GFSU),Christ,LPU are some good options .
