After first option entry I got engineering snq quota but I didn't like the branch so for second round I willget snq

I am not quite clear about your question but let me try to answer it. You must have submitted a preference list and they will allot you the seats accordingt to that. If you get a better seat, then they will allot you that.
Things are as simple as this.
