Hi
This is very difficult to predict neet 2021 cut off as cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-
*number of students that appeared in the exam,
*kind of marks obtained by them ,
*toughness level of the examination etc.
But yes,
Cut off marks will be more or less similar to previous years and when we go through past year qualifying cut off trends then last 3 years qualifying cut off data is given below for reference :-

From above you can see in neet 2020 , for sc category at least 113 marks was required to qualify neet.
So, with 120 marks you do have chance to qualify neet 2021 being from sc
But still,
To be on the safer side you should try to get at least 15 -20 marks more in comparison of Neet 2020 cut off as per your category i. e if you belong to sc category then try to get atleast around 130 marks in order to qualify Neet 2021 .
But yes,
Just qualifying with Neet cutoff won't help you to fetch a seat in a Government Medical College so you should try to get at least around 450 -500 marks if you belong to sc category .
Now that,
limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
***** practising chapterwise questions
***** then revising the chapters,
***** solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
***** go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
