After getting a DD and not attending the comedk counselling will the entire money get refunded?

Hello student,
After getting DD in COMEDK, the cash from COMEDK is refundable only depending upon two factors.
- Yes it's refundable (5000 rupees) in case when you have not been alloted any seat in counselling or if you have rejected the seat you got.
- Yes it's refundable (50000 rupees) in case you reject your seat.
