There is no such free seat concept in MBBS. Government Medical Colleges have nominal fees. They do not have Management Quota. And Private Medical Colleges have 3 types of Seats. Government Seats, Management seats and NRI seats. The Government Quota seats have fees ranging from 5-10 lakhs for the entire duration of the course. Management seats fees is quite expensive being as high as 40 lakhs for the entire course. MAMC, AIIMS are few colleges whose fees is quite nominal. But there is no free seat concept.
