After going through revised answer key, my new score is 139. What NLUs can I expect to get into?

It is better that you provide the rank in the entrance exam you have givrn because the admission will be based upon the rank of the various NLUs. You have to match your rank with the colleges and then you have the rough idea of getting the admission in any of the colleges.
