In every organization when you join they'll give you some trainings of management in order to move up the ladder in the organization. If you pursue MBA from a reputed organization it just adds up to your skills and things become easier for you in an organization. Suppose if you join an automobile industry after MBA then you can easily understand the processes of the company being at the manage level.

Both will give you the same scope. It's nothing but adding to your CV. It's just that if you have the knowledge of various fields you'll have an edge over others.
