Hello,
Cambridge University don't offer any Mtech degree dear. There only masters of science occur. In India we are knowing Mtech but out of India it's not necessary. You can join MBA in Cambridge University.
MBA is master's of business administration. After BTech if you go for MBA it will be more beneficial for you. You can give TOEFL or SAT or GMAT examination for going out the India and after qualifying this examination you can join Cambridge University.
All the best.
