CLAT is conducted for admission to integrated law program of five years and postgraduate law programs, it doesn't conduct any admission for three year law program.

Eligibility criteria for three year law program, LLB
is passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% marks, for reserved category it's 40%. In some cases such Delhi University & Banaras Hindu University ,they require minimum 50% marks while others such as Kurukshetra University, Rohtak University, Meerut University require only 45% marks in graduation.

Admission process varies among universities, some conducts entrance test while for others it's based on the merit of the examination.

Some of the top universities which conduct admission for LLB through entrance test are as follows ;

Delhi University conducts DU LLB
BHU conducts BLAT,
University of Allahabad conducts LAT,
LSAT scores are accepted by many reputed universities,

In state level following exams as conducted for LLB admission;

TS LAWCET, its scores are accepted by various law colleges & universities in Telangana.
AP LAWCET, its scores are accepted by various law colleges & universities in Andhra Pradesh.
KLEE, its scores are accepted by various law colleges & universities in Kerela.
MAH CET LAW, its scores are accepted by various law colleges & universities in Maharasthra.

No, after graduation CLAT is not required for 3 years LLB degree. CLAT is required for 5 years integrated Law degree from National Law University.

CLAT is required for NLU and some other 40 odd colleges.

You can get in to LLB after appearing into state CET(Law) as well.

As per the BCI, entrance test is must for enrollment into any LLB college.
