after having a llb degree which steps do I have to follow to be a magistrate?
Hello,
Following the completion of your B.A., LL.B., you must take the All India BAR Council Examination. You will be able to practise law if you pass this exam. You will receive your practising licence. Previously, you had to have at least 10 years of experience in lower courts or at least 5 years of experience in higher courts in order to become a judge or magistrate or to sit for the tests. But things have changed now. The judiciary exams are open to everyone in India. Your graduation grade must be at least 55% above average. You must begin modestly once you are qualified. As a judge, you will be assigned to the lowest office.
You'll advance to the other position with experience. because appointments are made based on seniority in India. You will be assigned a higher rating the more experience you have.
Make thorough study on this before moving forward.
Here are some tips for students that are absolutely effective.
- Look out the exam's syllabus for your state's judiciary.
- Make sure you understand every subject.
- Update your knowledge of general knowledge and current events.
- Look through test questions from prior years.
- Keep learning.
Thank You
