After I am eligible for a cut off in du, is there an online fees to be submitted before I am supposed to go to the college with my document?

Dear student, after selecting the college in your online portal, you are required to take its printout and visit the college. After that your documents will be verified by the college authority, and then you will be given a slip over there. Then, after few hours, the online portal would be updated and then it will ask you for payment of fees.
