Yes you definitely can. This year even the minimum marks policy of CBSE board have been scrapped for admissions to IITs, NITs and IIITs. Look for other state entrance examinations as well. There are numerous such as UPSEE, WBJEE, KCET, COMEDK, etc. Moreover there are also some good private colleges such as BITS, VIT, etc,
