It is because AIIMS have not released results yet (Individual rank letter with your AIR rank and your subjectwise percentile). But they have released merit list (both roll number wise and rank wise) wherein all the candidates eligible for 1st round of online AIIMS MBBS Counseling are written. So if you want to check whether your name is there or not you can open there website www.aiimsexams.org  and then go to Notificattions section where you will see two links , one saying "List of all candidates eleigible for Mock / 1st roundof online AIIMS MBBS counseling (Roll Number wise) " and other link saying "List of all candidates eleigible for Mock / 1st roundof online AIIMS MBBS counseling (Rank wise).. Click on any link and see if you are eliglible

If you are not able to see result of aiims 2019 after logit then thiis might be problem of browser temporaay data (cookies) so delete or clear all the cookies or try to open with another browser
