Depending on the State you belong to, there is a rural service bond that you sign up once securing a seat in a Medical College. This is a bond stating that you have to work in any rural area of the State you belong to for a certain period of time. This time period depends on the State you belong to. If you do not want to work in the rural area, you should pay the bond amount to the respective State Government. You can check the rural service period and the bond amount at mcc.nic.in

No, you will have to apply next (national exit test 2020) you get qualify next exam Or you will get PG and UG University. You get practice and training in collage .
