At first please check if your college is valid in your selected University in Canada. If it is valid then you will have to answer the MCCEE test which is of 180 multiple choice questions contain subjects like adult health, mental health, maternal health etc. For that you will have to create an account here and follow the steps

After clearing this you will have to answer the MCCQE 1 and MCCQE 2 and then you can do your post graduation.
