Hi Jagruti

MBA and M.Tech are 2 very different fields. If you want to gain sepcialisation in Food Technology, you should go for an M.Tech, this will open up companies like FSSAI for you, and you will be able to bag jobs in core companies of food tech. If you wish to however, develop mangerial skills along with your knowledge in food technology, MBA is a good option. This will provide you with corporate roles in not only food related companies, but also other consultation/finance companies, and can widen your prospects. So i would suggest you to consider what you would like studying, the job prospects in both cases are immense!

Good luck!
