Once the NEET results are declared, you then have to register for the councelling as per the schedule which would be available on the MCC website - https://www.mcc.nic.in/
After you register, then according to the set schedule you would be asked to make the payment for councelling, and then select your choice of colleges as per the order of preference.
Then through that account itself you will come to know whether you got a seat or not. This will happen in 3-4 rounds till all the seats are filled for AIQ Councelling.
Other than this there is a state coucnelling in every state.
You can check the particular website to whic state you belong and register for that councelling also.
