After one year in bds course i can leave this course & can take admission in MBBS College?

first of all I would advise you not to pursue any course in which you have no interest and as per your question it seems that you have less interest in BDS then I would suggest you not to pursue this course instead of leaving it after one year.
you can drop one year and prepare in a better and managed way for MBBS college but if you still choose to pursue BDS course then for sure you can leave the course and college after 1 year and join MBBS college but before leaving you must pay the complete fees as per mentioned by the bond details.
