after online payment of fees i didn't got any link to download application form of banasthali what should i do ?

if your payment was made successful so I think that due to some technical reason the download link not generated.
the first you will go to the website of the university and find any contact detail and tell your problem to them.
second, you go to university personally with their payment receipt and take the application form from the university.

I live in UP very far from university so its impossible to reach there .Do I also need to submit handwritten application form too?

due to a technical problem, you can check that your form is submitted successfully in the university if submitted then there is no problem or if not submitted then you can again fill an offline or online form.
