Dear student, it depends on the university you are enrolled in as some private universities may allow you to change your course if your contact their respective principals. However, most of the colleges do not allow changing of course after you are admitted into that college after the payment of fees

You have not specified the name of any specific college or university in whish reference your question is about. A few institute may allow you to shift your courses and the payment made is adjusted to the course you've shifted too. And sometimes you can withdraw admission from the first course and then need to take admission in the other stream separately, and you would also receive the refund for the first course if it's done within the allowed period itslef. Especially in cases where the admission process is different in the two courses. Hence let me know the college  university.
