after registering CA foundation , we can attempt ca exam at may or november any month ?

Yes, once you have registered yourself in the ICAI portal then you may appear for your CA foundation exam either in may or november after filling the examination form for the attempt you wish to appear. Th eexamination form is usually out two months ahead of the exam.
