Yes after registration the changes can be done. National testing agency will provide corrections form at the official website. You can make changes only once and upto certain criteria it is eligible.

The nta provide particular date during which the corrections can be made by students through online mode only. You can't modify the changes after it is done. So do it carefully. The corrections you can make are

Date of birth

Name

Address

Academic details

Id details etc.,
