If you are talking about upsee counseling, then i must say that you have to wait for few more days.
Because there is a chance that the cutoff ranks for round 1 can be released after the first round of upsee counselling is completely over.
The upsee seat allotment of round 1 is done, but it's not completely over. The payment of fees or willingness for round 1 counselling process will continue till 29th october.

So, after 29th october there are high chances that the cutoff ranks will be declared for round 1.

NEET 2020 All India Counselling registration and fee payment have started from 27th October - 2 November 2020. You can fill the choices of your interest from 28th October - 2nd November.The choice locking will start at 4.pm on 2 November till 11.59 pm of 2 November and the process of seat allotment is scheduled on 3rd-4th November.The results of the first counselling round will be declared on 5 November. You can get the cutoff list of AIQ on the official website of MCC i.e, Medical Counselling Commitee.
