After scoring best scores in IELTS will IELTS organization take all the expenses of mine or I have to spend money?

IELTS is an English language exam which tests your English at international level. There are no such criteria that if you have scored well and IELTS will pay your expenses. So you have to spend your own money but there are few scholarships offered by British council may be this is helpful for you. (https://www.britishcouncil.in/study-uk/scholarships).
