You can't do MSc in geology after completion of BTech in civil engineering because both the fileds are different and if you've applied for a MSc geology then your application will be getting rejected as the qualifications degree is bsc geology or applied geology . So in that case you can apply for Mtech in geology , because you have done btech so you can get admission in Mtech of any field there are two colleges who provides Mtech in geology are
1). IIT dhanbad
2) Andhra University
So kindly go through this college you will be getting more information about mtech in geology. I hope this helps to you and my best wishes for your future , thank you !!!
