Hello there!
If you are not able to score well even after studying day and night then it simply means that you are not doing smart study or you are not doing exam oriented study . Studying is a different thing but to score well you need to do smart study. First of all go through all the past year papers of the exam you are preparing for , this will help you to know what kind of questions are asked and what you need to focus on and it will also help you to know that what portions of syllabus are the most important. You will be surprised to know that 40 % of the syllabus covers 80% of the questions in exams , to know important portions you can take the help of your teacher as well . Also you need to revise things again and again. Only studying day and night will not suffice, so dear you need to revise things again and again, you can also make mind maps and formula charts etc so that you can revise things easily.
Thankyou
Good luck
Dear Jahnavi, it is really good that you are studying round the clock. But what you are forgetting is to take rest. The brain needs to be rested to be fresh, There is very little that the brain can endure, It needs periodic rest to be active and fresh. Science has proved that. You can may be use the technique of Imagery that is used in Psychology. For example, let's say you are studying about a Fish and its features. While you study, imagine its structure in your mind. Draw it in your mind. Label it in your mind. And when you have to go the exam hall and translate it on to the paper, it will be easier for you. This technique is actually called Imagery. Also everytime you see an improvement in your marks, even if it is the slightest, reward yourself. That boosts your self confidence.
