after taking admission in a govt medical college in ews category and submitting the current ews certificate do i need to submit my new ews certificate every year in my medical college for 5 years or i need to submit it just once.

In most of the medical colleges to get the fee reimbursement and scholarships you will have to get your EWS certificate renewed however it may change depending on which college you are in.
