after the CAT 2019 scores are we supposed to once again fill the forms for each IIMs or it was initially done at the time of CAT form, please guide

hi,
cat exam is conduct by iims, and during the cat form filling you need to choose the iims and their programms, so after cat result there is no need to apply separately for iims, iim will release there cutoff and students who score is comes under the cutoff may go for next round of test like gd/pt, written test etc.
