After writing manipal entrance test,if we get zero marks then we will get admission or not

No you won't get admission there if you get zeo marks in it's entrance exam.You have to score very high marks to get admission there with your desired choice of branch(almost half of marks).Give mock tests and solve previous years questions for practice and to enhance your skills.
