Assuming that your questing is regarding admission in engineering colleges. I would like to tell you that to be eligibile to apply in most of the colleges you should have scored a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/Biotechnology, provided the candidate has passed in each subject individually.

If you are eligibile then you can sit for different engineering entrance exams and your result will not be on the basis of your class 12 marks(in most of the cases) , instead it would be based on your performance in entrance exam.

You need to have atleast have a minimum  percentage i.e required in class 12th board exams to be eligible for admission in colleges.

Each college has different eligibility criteria so i would recommend you to score atleast 75% marks in class 12th board exams so that you won't face any problem.
